Belonging to semi fermented tea (green tea)
Process features: heavy fermentation+slow roasting over charcoal fire, mild tea nature, mellow taste
Appearance of dried tea: tightly packed particles, dark brown and oily color, with some leaves showing red edges (fermentation marks).
Aroma: Dry aroma: intertwined with charcoal fire aroma, fried rice aroma, and sweet fruit aroma, old tea may have a hint of aged aroma. Wet fragrance: After brewing, the orchid fragrance is rich, and the fragrance at the bottom of the cup lasts for a long time (“Guanyin rhyme” is obvious)
Soup color: golden yellow with a hint of orange red, clear and transparent, turns amber after soaking for a long time.
Taste: The entrance is mellow and full, with a sweet aftertaste and honey sweetness. The throat has a long and lingering aftertaste, with little astringency of a fragrant aroma.
Leaf base: The leaves are thick, soft, and shiny, with reddish brown edges (green leaves with red borders), and are resistant to brewing.
